At the beginning of the challenge, you'll be emailed an outline of the challenge and how it will work, a printable list of the 21 ways to reduce costs in the kitchen, along with the first weeks menu so you can get organised in advance.
Each week, prior to the weekend, you'll receive the following weeks menu via email, so you must be registered to receive the meal plans.
Consistent motivation via live videos and posts will be delivered through my closed Facebook Group, Healthy Eating Made Easy for Busy Mums. You'll be given a prompt to join that on the confirmation page after registering or in the confirmation email you'll receive.
